✔ Pros:

- The app allows users to schedule or book rooms.

- The app provides information about accommodations.

☹ Cons:

- There is no option to add an already booked trip into the app.

- Some screens are in Spanish even when English is selected as the language.

- The app crashes after being open for a short period of time.

- The login process is not smooth and requires the use of a laptop.

Already booked

Trip already booked. Wanted to add it into the app for easy access while traveling. Nowhere to add it in only to book a new one. Kinda useless app at this point.
App Crashes

This app is useless right now. The App crashes after being open for about 5-10seconds.
Language not consistent

The app is basically a good app to be able to schedule or book rooms however even though I have English selected as the language there are screens that are in Spanish. I can figure out what they are menu items for but it just seems like the entire app menu would want to be in English if selected. Could easily be a 4* if corrected
Limited service app

The app has informations, but doesn't allow me to add my current trip to the system! It doesn't make any sense that if i booked my trip through my airlines, they don't have an option to add my stay in the app. Log in is not smooth at all. Had to use laptop to login
