I bought this app so that I could get help to find my way around Japan and this stupid app didn’t interpret anything for me when I actually needed it to work. It worked initially when I tested it in the States but when I was in Japan, it didn’t even want to make any interpretations!

I can not get this app to work at all. It opens with 2 circles one of US flag one of French. I want Spanish. I tap the French flag circle and under seem to be numerous flags, but it won't open, but flag changes to one I don't know that is yellow with stars. I tap it more and screen goes blank with only the white apple. Unless there are directions that work I will likely delete it. So far I find it useless or actually worse/destructive.
