Install Smartphone Connect app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:

- Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using Smartphone Connect on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Smartphone Connect"
- The search will reveal the Smartphone Connect app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once Smartphone Connect is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Smartphone Connect.
- Now enjoy Smartphone Connect on PC.

- To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.
- To use Smartphone Connect,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Smartphone Connect" » then Click "Install".
- Smartphone Connect will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

✔ Pros:
- The app works as advertised on both iPhone and iPad.
- Panasonic stands by their product and listens to their loyal customers.
- The app allows users to reduce the number of devices they have to carry around the house.
☹ Cons:
- The app does not provide a Landscape View on the iPad or iPhone.
- Users cannot access their Ringtone Library from the app when customizing tones in the App settings.
- The app seems to lag a bit in response to an incoming call and has issues trying to answer before the call is gone.
- The ringer for the app must be silenced independently of the phone ringer, which can be inconvenient.
- There is no way to allow the application to use the microphone or access contacts, which can cause issues when trying to hear a person you called.

Congrats to GeekGirl, who is obviously a woman of excellent taste in tech. That makes me the one of the other folks who spotted this system. The App is nothing short of FANTASTIC! It works as advertised, both on my iPhone &iPad, however I am still going to judge it harshly because I know Panasonic stands by their product & listens to their loyal customers, added to the fact that not too many people are going to review this App unless they have the correct cordless phone. So, Hats off to Panasonic for another awesome system, but I have to take two stars for not providing a Landscape View on the iPad (or the iPhone for that matter) and for not allowing users to access their Ringtone Library from this app when customizing tones in the App settings. Music is fine, but I’d like the option of using some tones I’ve grown fond of. Get that right, and it would be a Five Star App for sure.

There is no way to allow application to use microphone or access contacts, so you can can hear a person you called, but they simply can’t. Panasonic, please update the app ASAP. Checked on iPhone XS and 6s...

Good effort but needs better integration

First off, you will need a compatible landline phone like the kx-prw130w to use this app. My hope was that by purchasing the phone and using the app, I could avoid the clutter of multiple handsets and reduce the number of devices I have to carry around the house with me. It succeeds at this but needs some polishing. I find the app seems to lag a bit in response to an incoming call and I've had issues trying answer before the call is gone. Also it seems the ringer for the app must be silenced independently of the phone ringer, this can be a real issue having to go into the app and silence it every time, instead of just using the toggle on the phone.
