Version 4.7 bad news for users with older version!

So your update to version 4.7 requires us older version users to update our "simple" password to be 6 to 30 characters with alpha & numeric characters, but your app does not complete the password change even though the new password meets the criteria. Please fix this!
It doesn't work

The app is unable to connect with the cameras, and if you chance the password, nothing happens. It keeps giving timeout messages, or network error. Please, fix it!

We have to race to play the video or we get an error, no way to communicate with app developers! So frustrating!
