- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

Poorly executed

The app is good when your logged on. But their log on process is the worst. There is zero customer support. They will not respond at all despite me trying for days to get help. Their log in is always broken, and they come up with work-arounds that don’t work and then leave you hanging. Their printed advice just keeps telling you to contact your own companies IT dept. Not a fan.
Terrible app

Crashes all the time and just like every other review it logs you out and you can’t log back in, you can log in on the website fine but same user name and password you were just using and it just says “incorrect”. It’s already a scam by the auto industry to grab advisors by the balls and vampire off of their underpaid commissions. I bet their recommendation is to “contact my dealerships support to make sure I’m enabled” (you know on the same app I was previously logged into before it crashed)

I did your update today and when I go to log in it redirects me to a website instead of the app. I go to log in from there and it does nothing. I go to the support screen and there’s no way to contact tech support. I work for Subway and I know they want us to have these complaints resolved ASAP. We don’t get many complaints but if you can’t get the screen to log in to react to a button push at all, it means nothing. I wish I hadn’t done the update! :(

As a GM, it's a great way to have scores and reviews at my fingertips!!! Anytime. Anyday. If I keep getting kicked out, it usually means I have to update it. I wish that response templates were preloaded when we have to reply to IHG Reviews, but I still give it a 5 star.
