I've made good use of this app for 5 years
By Rarenicknam (Pcmac user)
I've made good use of this app for 5 years now, fist with the 2012 purchase of the Withings scale, WS-30. It connected to my iPhone simply and consistently -- even through battery changes. And records separate weights for multiple people in the household.
In 2013 I bought the blood pressure upper arm cuff (Sphygomanometer) I think it is a BP-800.
I've since had to get an iPod to FireWire adapter (30 pin to thunderbolt style for my new iPhone 7 and iPad Air).
It has worked fine through many replacements and iOS upgrades. And has allowed me to export my date for more thorough analysis on my computer, to the point of allowing me to plot whisker charts for my doctor's consideration of medicine dosage and type.
In the last 6 months, however, I have had the app go away when I plug in my BP-800 cuff. ... sometimes. (The app is still running , it hasn't crashed, but it becomes a "background task that I must pull up again.). Sometimes stopping the app and restarting my iPad fixes this, sometimes not. Still, I'm able to get regular recordings with patience.
I recommend the products.

A+

Tracks my weight and blood pressure. Setup was easy connect the scale one time with the usb cable then when you get on the scale the data is sent to the website and also show up on the app. you can't get readings until you use your computer with the cable. you also need the network password so won't work say at a hotel. But great app. A downside is I need the IPhone app to use my withings blood pressure device on my iPad. just need to update that. I plan on getting more withing products soon.

App isn't recognized
By Jung Money (Pcmac user)
I just bought the scale and attempted to set it up. The scale prompts me to start the app. I start the app with my iPad but the scale doesn't do anything and the start the app prompt is displayed. I gave it two stars since the hardware is nice and it could have potential if only the app would work with it.

Expectations met
By chpln77 (Pcmac user)
Former reviewers: this app does not currently work with the scale or the pulse to which are great products -- this app only charts blood pressure and weight and works reasonably for that -- personally I cannot wait until WITHINGS upgrades this app to do the aforementioned...the health-mate app for my iPhone works well and the scale and the pulse and the BP associate fine with that app, however I still find the app difficult when trying to modify information such as deletions etc. and sometimes it convolutes users to which I find rather frustrating, so it too would receive the average score.
