What is MyRoutine? MyRoutine is an app designed to help reduce a child's anxiety about what's coming next by creating visual stories using an iPad. The app allows you to turn a routine like bedtime or going to the doctor into a series of simple steps. You can customize the routine with photos or videos of your own, and tap on the photo when a task is completed to hear a reward sound. The app is easy to use and comes with a photo gallery of children going through a routine check-up at the doctor's office.
