  • Really snappy, if you work with it.

    By Cody Kochmann (Pcmac user)

I might be biased just because I have already built a very well performing the app locally on my home network and because I always buy the advertisement removal due to malicious advertisements existing and it just being less processing for the app to do overall. I'll support any app that knows what it's doing and this app knows what it's doing if you have a solid connection to your the app server and remove the ads. I like it and see most of the complaints revolve around those two issues. I hope they keep up the good work.
  • Strongly not recommended. Bugs and bad customer service.

    By Kk99552277 (Pcmac user)

This app has a fundamental bug which makes it not useable. Basically, if your folder has dozen of files, the app just cannot show it. I once followed up with one of the app dev about it very long ago. The Dev admitted that this is a bug of their server. However, the bug is still not fixed by now (one year later) Just try something else.
  • What is there works well, could use new features

    By mizzerd (Pcmac user)

The features that are included in GLC work well, but it's not keeping up with the new git lab features, particularly the CI features. For example, I can't see whether a build is running, if one failed, build pipelines, etc. Having access build logs would be gravy! Basically, I can see checkins and branches. We don't really use the defect tracking.
  • Obnoxious ad placement

    By Keith Gonzalez (Pcmac user)

Ad placement at the very top of the app is just bad. Normally I’d consider an in-app purchase to remove ads as long as it adds new features as well, but I just couldn’t bare it with this one. The ad placement for the free version of this app just made me want to instantly uninstall, which I did.
