Ridiculous

I wouldn’t even rate a 1 star, but I have no choice. I set up the trial yesterday and even had a 26 cent test charge show up on my credit card. However, I have been unable to login to the account I created, getting an error that there is no account with the email I used. I am leery of setting up a second account as I don’t need to deal with having to cancel two accounts should the app developer start charging me for the first account once the trial period is over. What makes it worse is that the support link in the app store simply takes me to the app website with no apparent way of asking questions or getting help. That is ridiculous as I can’t even try to resolve the issue ... except by leaving a comment here. I will dispute any charges that show up on my credit card should they appear. Very unhappy.

Stay away from this company at all costs. I have already report it them to Apple. They take money without authorization. App constantly crashes and cant get any help.
