1. Select the apps you usually get distracted by, mark them and press "lock" and you will restrict access to the selected apps.

2. Create your own group, add needed apps there and now you can restrict access to a specific group of apps with one touch.

3. If you want to make progress towards your goals, just temporarily limit access to certain apps that distract you.

4. For your convenience, you can restrict access to groups with up to 5 apps in each.

5. Choose the color you like and choose up to 5 apps you would like to limit access to.

6. Add and remove apps from your groups, change color themes, give them names and delete.

7. Our app is a new way to stay off apps on your phone, clear to do lists, and build positive, life changing habits.

8. All apps are automatically sorted into the categories they belong to for your convenience and quick search.

9. When all tasks are completed, click on the lock again and the app will be unlocked and able for use.

10. Choose one of the six preinstalled icons and enjoy.
