This is the second time I’ve downloaded the app. First time, app kept closing right after I logged in, extremely frustrating since my whole reason for downloading is so that I can pay my zip cash account without having to go to the site. Sounds convenient enough, right? But no. I’ve downloaded once again thinking that the bugs may have been worked out and I now travel enough to get an actual toll tag and can justify the cost of having one. The bugs have NOT been worked out and as a matter of fact seems as though it’s worse than before. It’s bad enough that we went from being able to move about freely on our freeways to having to pay to get to a lot of places now. Seems the least you can do is make it convenient to pay for something that was once free.

I’ve had a TollTag account for close to 20 years. Each time there’s a billing error (on their end), it’s next to impossible to log in with my credentials, retrieve my password and find the proper place to make the payment. I feel they make it difficult so that people will forget to pay a bill (they shouldn’t even owe!) they can charge exorbitant collection fees and penalties. Truly unreasonable. Terrible.

Trying to pay a balance true the app and it didn’t let me update my credit card or didn’t wanna receive the payment. Then I received a letter about the .42 cents I owe and treating me to charge me regular prices with out discount. We live in a technology world, step it up people.
