Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Sri Rudram"
The search will reveal the Sri Rudram app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Sri Rudram is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Sri Rudram.
Now enjoy Sri Rudram on PC.

More improvements needed

Overall, the app is just OK. Could have been made much better. Many amateur bugs in the App. After pausing, if you play again, rather starting at the same place it starts all the way from the beginning. There are no fast-forward OR back buttons. Not much user friendly. Your Saibaba App is much better than this.
Good audio, but poor text and interface

+ good effort + happy to see it. - need to sequence the parts in the correct sequence of chanting. - poor choice of text layout, fonts and colors. - lot of wasted space in a small window. Seems designed as a low spec Universal app.

Great App. Good Audio Quality and text of Rudram in multiple languages. Decently priced. Would highly recommend for anyone interested in listening and practicing Rudram.
