Install Pacer 5K: run faster races app on your Windows in 4 steps below:


  1. Download an Android emulator for PC:
    Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

  2. Install the emulator:
    On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

  3. Using Pacer 5K on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:
    • Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Pacer 5K"
    • The search will reveal the Pacer 5K: run faster races app icon. Open, then click "Install".
    • Once Pacer 5K is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Pacer 5K.

  1. To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
    • Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

  2. To use Pacer 5K,
    • Login to the PlayStore we just installed
    • Search for "Pacer 5K" » then Click "Install".
    • Pacer 5K: run faster races will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

    I completed the C25K app and did my first race. Purchased the rest of the series to train for a marathon next year. I love the app and it does work with one major flaw that I see people talking about constantly. Please remove the fast forward and rewind buttons from the app when running. It doesn’t make sense to be there. Who is skipping through through the runs? We can just pause it and maybe have it hidden somewhere else. It’s bad enough we can’t close the screen because then you don’t get the notification and I can’t put it in my pocket because that would pause my race at some point. So I have to run with my phone in my hand.i then went to switch hands In the middle of a run and it fast forward to the cool down part. That then messes up my entire flow of running to try and correct before I just cut the app off. This is the second time I had a messed up flow due to the app. This is an easy fix.

    I started with the 5K app that got me to 35 minutes non-stop at a basic pace. Now this app is building off of that basis and introducing faster pace intervals. I will continue to use this as I up the pace multiple times in the future. I'm 62 and shooting for a 25-minute 5K by the end of the year starting this year able to run about a 13-minute mile. With this app, I know I will accomplish my goal.

    I used to not run for more than a minute, but I used the 5k runner app and have progressed to this app and love them! It makes you feel accomplished, help you make progress, and allows you to see what progress you've made! It keeps running stress free and challenging. It also keeps running from being repetitive and boring. I've been using these apps for 2 years and love them. Great apps!

    I've used the whole suite of apps; they've helped me train for my first 5K, and then to move on to 5 miles, 10 miles and finally a half-marathon. Now using to improve my pace. They are fun and help me set and meet goals and keep me motivated!! Update since original writing I've done 3 seasons including 3 half-marathons; consistent improvement due in part to using the app as a tool.
