Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "myWeather"
The search will reveal the myWeather - Live Local Weather app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once myWeather is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including myWeather.

Preferred the simplicity of the previous version, but find the app very useful to keep up with the weather close to home, where ever we travel and family locations. Don't use all the "extras."
