Install Weather Radar - Live Forecast app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:

No radar..just a map. No winds, no precip, no clouds, no satellite overlay, no temps..nada, zilch. No landscape mode..only vertical portrait. Not impressed. Deleted it
