Game Features and Description
1. Pick up marbles from any of bottom holes and move them counter-clockwise.
2. If your move ends at your home hole (right one) you can move again.
3. Mancala (also known as Kalah) is an ancient board game.
4. The game ends when all six holes on either side are empty.
5. The winner is the player with the most marbles in home hole.

Good for first time

I had never played this game before and I had this game as a kid but it was a wooden box that you open up and played right there on the board. It came with marbles and it did not have directions well we did not have internet when I was a kid so I never learned to play it. I have been playing it to the point I think I am addicted lol! Maybe not addicted but I am really enjoying it. I think that the directions could have been a little more detailed maybe a step by step and maybe have a tutorial that shows how to play in just a easier way to play the game. The reason I say that is that I suffered a TBI (traumatic brain injury) and it takes a bit more of detailed instructions to for me to learn how to play certain games. It took me playing for about an hour to finally understand the game. I would definitely recommend it to others and it is a good game for brain training in my opinion !!! -Krysten

Fun to play but.

Fun to play but I feel it is unfair sometimes and the game cheats! This is not good leadership skill for children to see when they play this game at least make the age higher up like 18 and older! But I think you must teach kids at young age that life is unfair, and this app is addicting I am actually addicted I remember playing it in the hospital with my sister but they lost all the marble pieces literally!! And we had to find random pieces to replace them with they kept falling out and stuff they were too big! and I do not think it was as fun but I make do. This game still had marbles pieces and I didn’t not have to replace them with stupid small plastic animals like giraffes and elephant and monkey so I give it a three stars review ok hope feelins are not hurt that is not my intention what so ever. This app is still better than others on the App Store like that this app and friends so big props to that .

Not the best

I love the actual this app game, but this is slightly different. I have always played with three things in each slot, not four, and I can't spend money on apps, and I don't want to just to change a number. Also, I didn't do the capturing when you land in the empty spot. It took me by surprise, and I didn't want to have to go to a stupid website just to find out what was going on. You could at least put the rules in the actual app, and I want a two-player game.
I'm sure it's not the worst this app app, but if you're a beginner you might like it. It's extremely easy to win.

Great game/ addictive

I saw another review similar to what I’m about to write I always knew about this game just didn’t know there was a electronic version I saw it on game pigeon in my iPhone messages but my friend was too busy with life to play a game in a timely matter so I searched it in the App Store luckily I saw this had a 5 star rating so I gave it a shot and ended up getting my niece addicted to this game as well. They should add online multiplayer! 😁 kinda like fun run or something
