- The app allows users to log in and work with Requests filtered by Account and/or SDP-MSP View filters.
- Not all parts of the app work properly.
- Clearing notifications is difficult, resulting in a constant badge on the app icon.
- Trying to view details for a ticket can cause the app to freeze.
- The keyboard has difficulty dismissing once logged on and browsing Requests.
- Adding work logs can cause the app to freeze and time is calculated incorrectly.
- Images cannot be viewed in conversations, tickets cannot be merged, and priority or due date cannot be edited.
- The app is almost useless for reading and responding to messages with multiple threads, as the screen will not scroll.
