Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "XML Notepad"
The search will reveal the XML Notepad app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once XML Notepad is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including XML Notepad.
Now enjoy XML Notepad on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use XML Notepad,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "XML Notepad" » then Click "Install".
- XML Notepad will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Simple viewer, which is what I wanted.

I just wanted to quickly look at some the app files in a tree format, like Xcode does with property lists, and this app does it well. A couple of suggestions for the developer: – I don’t see the need to click on the disclosure triangle of an element in order to get the “#text” entry which allows you to edit the element; why not do it “in line” on the line right above it (the greyed out line)? It seems wasteful, not to mention that it’s bothersome to click a disclosure triangle only to see “#text” revealed. – As others have mentioned, the search does not seem to do anything, like it’s not working at all. Otherwise, I got what I wanted, a quick and tree-formated display of my the app files. Thank you.
For certain kinds of tasks this is a perfect viewer.

I have to work regularly with non-programmer clients viewing an the app export that can be pretty hard to read in a text editor. This is a perfect solution for them. My only request is that the developer makes Search work. Then I would give it 5 stars. But for $.99 it's pretty hard to complain. Thanks Michael.
Interface is just not complete!

This program is darned near unusable. Evenutally I figured out how to use it - you have to right-click on the elements to do almost anything, though there are a few random inconsistent keyboard shortcuts. This is a textbook awful interface, and unless it is made intuitive and usable I would not recommend this program for any reason! Stick to a real text editor and be happy.

Being this was only 99 cents, I’m not bent too out of shape. Still, I should have read the other reviews. This is pretty much unusable. I WILL be sticking to my text editor. Shame on me for thinking that would be included.
