In need of an update but does the job

Could do with some additional fractures and an update, but it does the job of submitting a claim easily enough!

Submit claim NEVER works

Submitting claims never works on the app or the website for that matter.
I’ve called tech support and they have no clue. In the end, they always direct me back to a downloadable PDF claim form. Pathetic.
I’m astonished that in the year 2017 I have to fill out a claim form by hand and submit it by email.

App don’t work

The app does not work at all. Freezes when trying to find providers. You cannot file claims.

This app is crap! Try and try again I can't log in to my account, despite the fact that I have absolutely no trouble on the actual website.
