Download and install the BiTaksi - Your Taxi! app on your Windows 10,8,7 or Mac in 4 simple steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac:

Install the emulator on your PC or Mac:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using BiTaksi on PC [Windows 7/ 8/8.1/ 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "BiTaksi"
The search will reveal the BiTaksi - Your Taxi! app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once BiTaksi is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including BiTaksi.

Download the Amazon-Appstore » (U.S only)
- Click on "Get" to begin installation. It also automatically installs Windows Subsystem for Android.
- After installation, Goto Windows Start Menu or Apps list » Open the Amazon Appstore » Login (with Amazon account)

For non-U.S users, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto Playstore on PC » click Configure_Download. This will auto-download Google Play Store on your Windows 11.

✔ Pros:

- BiTaksi provides transparency and reliability, which is helpful in avoiding scams for tourists.

- The app works smoothly when there is a car nearby.

☹ Cons:

- The app does not allow cancellation of a journey if another passenger takes the taxi before arrival.

- There is no option to pay more to get a car from further away, which can be a problem when there are no nearby cars available.

- It is unclear how to change the language to English, which can be a barrier for non-Turkish speakers.

We’ve had great experiences our whole time in Istanbul with this app. Given some of the warnings about scamming tourists, we have been very thankful for the transparency and reliability that the app provides. Seems to remove a lot of the risk, and we’ve had good service.

Today I had request of bi taxi but just in front my home another lady took the taxi and went I wanted to cancel the journey but I couldn’t also I couldn’t ask for another taxi until she arrives Just for your information

When there is a car nearby it works pretty smooth. The problem is that you don’t always have a car around and there is no option to pay more but to get car from further away. This was a big issue multiple times for me.
