1. To use GovCon Time & Expense, Deltek Time & Expense must be configured for mobile access.

2. This app provides users anytime, anywhere access to record, submit and approve labor activity along with capturing expenses and receipts with mobile access directly from their iOS device - saving time and increasing accuracy and efficiency.

3. GovCon T&E has many of the same great features as in Deltek Time and Expense, and is ideal for users who travel or are away from the office.

4. Entering timesheets and keeping track of expense is never fun, but it’s now easier than ever to record time and expenses for Deltek Time & Expense.

5. Your organization’s instance of Deltek Time & Expense must be updated to at least version 9.0.1 and needs to be accessible via the internet.

6. GovCon Time & Expense is free to clients that already have licensed Deltek Time & Expense.

7. It requires iOS 6.1 or higher.

Install GovCon Time & Expense app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "GovCon Time & Expense"
The search will reveal the GovCon Time & Expense app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once GovCon Time & Expense is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including GovCon Time & Expense.
Now enjoy GovCon Time & Expense on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use GovCon Time & Expense,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "GovCon Time & Expense" » then Click "Install".
- GovCon Time & Expense will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Hours scroll bar broken

When entering hours in iOS 10.1.1 (and previous iOS 10 distros) the wheel screen to enter hours occasionally gets locked on the screen even though hours have already been submitted to a charge number. This then distorts the screen and makes many charge numbers invisible and the app essentially unusable and need to restart. Incredibly frustrating. And side note, searching for numbers is not very good if entire number is unknown.
Too Many Flaws to List.

This is a pretty weak entry for a mobile app, so it's consistent with the quality of Deltek's other products. It's hard to believe that something this poor is a leader in its market. Perhaps that's a reflection of the quality of management that chose this product. A new version of Deltek was installed and this app wasn’t updated. Now it doesn’t work at all. It just spins forever trying to log-in. The new version of their T&E software is harder to use than the previous version. Someone should explain to Deltek that newer versions of software are supposed to be improvements over the previous version.
What a garbage app

This app is an embarrassment and failure to such a degree that approving it for use by employees should be a fireable offense on clear proof of a lack of sound judgement and blatant disregard for people. My high school kids could build something several time better dabbling on a weekend project. It is astonishing to think that someone actually put effort into making something so poorly. What garbage! No TouchID, not even proper messaging when the password was changed, let alone token access so you don’t have to go through setup every time you have to change the password. UX failures are all over the place, not even to mention bad design.
Could be better.

The app functions to enter time. It does not provide all the information that would be useful to enter time. When I am in week 2 of a pay period the total hours worked should be visible at the top of the screen. It would make it easier to calculate how many hours of regular time or overtime to enter on that day. The totals should include day, week, pay period, and overtime if any have been entered. If overtime is entered any time that week how uncompensated and compensated should be displayed.
