It is designed to save time, increase accuracy, and improve efficiency for users who travel or are away from the office. - Lacks functionality that the desktop version has
- Latest version requires a PassCode enabled on the phone, which some users may not want
- New update did not retain data from previous update
- App requires IT reconfiguration to connect to company server
- App opens to a blank white screen almost every time
- App randomly kicks users out and requires resigning in with company domain
- Expense reports can be erased if not saved properly
