Install Gems+ app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:

The search will reveal the Gems+ app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Gems+ is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Gems+.

Like it quite a bit. Not quite sure I understand the best score system but the game works just fine.
Needs to be Improved

Could be a fun game, but there's no option to turn off the music or sounds, and the last update to improve the ad functionality only changed it so that an ad comes up in the middle of the screen. I'll be deleting this game.
