Why do I need this app

It serves me no purpose. I have supplemental insurance and my dental insurance through the app. I can’t really view claims nor submit claims. I wanted to simply submit my wellness health screening claim to get my incentive payment but I was not able. The only thing you have to do is fill out a form and upload your EOB or Dr bill. It seems simple enough but NO. I swore I was able to do it last year but I must be mistaken. In any case the only thing I can do is confirm I have insurance. I guess that counts for something....in this case 1 star.

Clearly the company for whatever reason does not care or listen to its customers. Reading over the reviews for their app the majority are all 1 or 2 stars. The company is one of the largest in the insurance and investment industry yet they can’t afford to hire someone or company that knows app design.. Absolutely Ridiculous.. They updated the app in the last 24/48 hours and it won’t even load... Get your crap together!!!

I use mine for my auto and home policies and can pull up my ID Cards and declarations pages with ease. My auto is setup on automatic withdrawal so I do not use the pay option, which seems to be the only complaint.

No matter where or with what devise you try to login to the app, the app will not recognize you until you have made an exhaustive number of attempts and maybe not even then. Along with other things it has become absolutely clear the the app as a company has zero interest in customer service. I have lost all interest in letting them use my money.
