Download and install the vMEyeCloud app on your Windows 10,8,7 or Mac in 4 simple steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks Pc or Mac software Here >> .
- Install the emulator on your PC or Mac:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using vMEyeCloud on PC [Windows 7/ 8/8.1/ 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "vMEyeCloud"
- The search will reveal the vMEyeCloud app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once vMEyeCloud is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including vMEyeCloud.
- Now enjoy vMEyeCloud on PC.
- Using vMEyeCloud on Mac OS:

How to download and use vMEyeCloud App on Windows 11
To get vMEyeCloud on Windows 11, check if there's a native vMEyeCloud Windows app here » ». If none, follow the steps below:
- Download the Amazon-Appstore » (U.S only)
- Click on "Get" to begin installation. It also automatically installs Windows Subsystem for Android.
- After installation, Goto Windows Start Menu or Apps list » Open the Amazon Appstore » Login (with Amazon account)
- For non-U.S users, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto Playstore on PC » click Configure_Download. This will auto-download Google Play Store on your Windows 11.
- Installing vMEyeCloud:
- Login to your computer's PlayStore or Amazon AppStore.
- Search for "vMEyeCloud" » Click "Install" to install vMEyeCloud
- vMEyeCloud will now be available on your windows start-menu.

- The app rarely connects and when it does, the connection fails quickly.
- The app only connects to one camera at a time and for only a few seconds.
- The app fails to connect to most cameras.
- The app only works correctly when on Wi-Fi.
- The app crashes within two seconds of opening.

Used to Play 8 cameras...

Been waiting for an Update.. This app now only connects 1 Camera at a time an for only seconds at that... Mostly any Cam "Fails to Connect." You could do A Lot better for your Security Cam Customers.... SMH. Months later still no Updates... DO NOT!! I Repeat, DO NOT BUY ELEC SEC CAMERAS.. This app is directly made for them and is NOT MAINTAINED.

Was working before update

I was able to look at Camera remotely but has not worked correct cense update. It will work if I'm on wi-fi but that not the case everywhere I go. Please fix this or tell me how to roll back to the old version that worked!!!

I have this app for my iPhone and MacBook Pro. It works better on the iPhone, but it rarely ever connects... and when it does, it only lasts for a little bit of time before the connection fails. Please fix this problem!! It could easily get 5 stars because it is soooo simple to use, but the connection stinks! (I am using this app with the "by device" option and entering my serial number. I am using an Elec surveillance system.)
