Install vMEyeCloud Lite app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .
- Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using vMEyeCloud Lite on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "vMEyeCloud Lite"
- The search will reveal the vMEyeCloud Lite app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once vMEyeCloud Lite is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including vMEyeCloud Lite.
- Now enjoy vMEyeCloud Lite on PC.

- To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.
- To use vMEyeCloud Lite,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "vMEyeCloud Lite" » then Click "Install".
- vMEyeCloud Lite will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Without the ability to view past events, the usefulness of this app is low.
Please add a ? Button that opens a help page that explains the icons at the bottom of the screen and what each and every option does.
But the ability to view recordings is critical

Can't see cameras!!!

Recently changed phones and the app doesn't work anymore!! It even deleted my password and I've tried every possible password i could think of and don't have access to my cameras!! And there's no support to help me out!! It's frustrating

Won’t work

Won’t open to view cameras on iPhone. Had the app but after I had reset phone got a message that I cannot get the app in the apple store anymore. So I installed this app this app. But it won’t work.

Latest update making my video cannot be accessed!!! Checked with my iPad which has previous version is working fine.
