Install XAirports app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using XAirports on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "XAirports"
The search will reveal the XAirports app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once XAirports is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including XAirports.
Now enjoy XAirports on PC.

I use X-Plane v10.20r1 (32-bit) and use this app each time I fly the simulator. Not every global airport, especially in Africa and Asia, has all of the aerodrome, SID, or STAR plates available on XAirport. But the major airports in Europe and North America have the plates displayed in a concise manor. Very well done app.
