If you make a booking and you are in an area outside of the service area (the mind boggles! It's 2016 already and Uber) the first you know of it is when your cab does not show up and you miss your bus to the airport and then your international flight. Hopeless. It's not like they don't know where you are! Rubbish app, worse than having nothing at all
This is a must have in Melbourne.

This App makes it much easier to get a cab wheN not in the CBD. It could use a place for better notation.
