Install KOKE FM app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

My little slice of Texas

I was a long time listener of KVET while living in Austin! I faithfully listened to Sam and Bob and was dissapointed when Sam left. However, I stayed true and listened as Eric blossomed from a behind the scenes to the popular snd professional personality he is today.
Then I retired from USAF and had to move. Thanks to my IPhone and computer I was able to keep up. Then one day the music was gone! No more Bob Cole, no more Eric, no more GREAT country music.
Then last year a miracle happens! I am back in Austin for the Texas BBQ Monthly BBQ Fest and I mention to a friend about KVET. She tells me that Bob has started a new station the app and he is there. Tuned in and found the App for my I Phone and have been in heaven every since. I do not listen to local radio here in SC and instead I play the app on the computer and through my car stereo every time I am in the car!
GREAT STUFF!!!! Glad to see Bob continue his restoration and preservation of Austin landmarks and now radio!!'

Great app for out of area listeners

Not that I am a long way out of area but driftwood is in low spot that doesn't get great reception. Some day regular radio comes in clear but most days I start to hear static around nutty brown road but with the app KOKEFM comes in crystal clear. That's great for listeners near and far to keep up with local radio that is truly local and not in Nashville and pretending to be in Texas. Also love the music kokefm plays a mix of texas country and the oldies that made country what it is. Keep it on the air we r listening.
