Install Snap It - Cap It Free app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:

this app may sound pretty cool and that's why I got it, but once I got it and pressed on it, it went right to the home page. It did that multiple times and I'm going to delete it.

One more thing can we be able to move the captions ware we want because sometimes u can't see top or the bottom because they are up top and down on the bottom but still pretty good app

Finally! An app that let's me caption my pictures. My only complaint is that when I save it to my pictures It's too big and you need to zoom out to read it.
