Install eClinicalTouch app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using eClinicalTouch on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "eClinicalTouch"
The search will reveal the eClinicalTouch app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once eClinicalTouch is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including eClinicalTouch.
Now enjoy eClinicalTouch on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use eClinicalTouch,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "eClinicalTouch" » then Click "Install".
- eClinicalTouch will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

I agree wholeheartedly with the fact that eclinical nickel and dimes you to death! Why should there be an extra charge to access the EHR with a dedicated iPad app? When my group first got eclinical they told us they were working on an app, never mentioned it would be extra $ ( a lot of $) , and there support is less than stellar. All the technicians are Indian, not that it matters, but they may be based here, but they definitely have no clinical knowledge. Every time you have a question or complaint or even a suggestion for improvement , they make you make a ticket and then they get back to you. Don't be fooled, their initial salesman is top notch and makes a good sell, but its all down hill from there. If there customer service was like their sales service, than I might be happier, but they still nickel and dime you!!!!!!
iPad app

Good for doing progress note . But that's all currently they are depending on consumers to give them feed back for glitches at consumers cost they are charging monthly for not fully developed soft ware . So it's like consumers pay , then try using fustrating software , so take that pain , then waste time to file a ticket , talk to there time out of your busy practice cause they call at there convinient time . Then they will tell you that thing is not yet available in iPad app . So why they are charging for some thing that is not ready for consumers ?????
