Download and install the Propertyware Mobile app on your Windows 10,8,7 or Mac in 4 simple steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks Pc or Mac software Here >> .
- Install the emulator on your PC or Mac:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using Propertyware on PC [Windows 7/ 8/8.1/ 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Propertyware"
- The search will reveal the Propertyware Mobile app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once Propertyware is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Propertyware.
- Now enjoy Propertyware on PC.

- Click on "Get" to begin installation. It also automatically installs Windows Subsystem for Android.
- After installation, Goto Windows Start Menu or Apps list » Open the Amazon Appstore » Login (with Amazon account)
- For non-U.S users, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto Playstore on PC » click Configure_Download. This will auto-download Google Play Store on your Windows 11.
- Installing Propertyware:
- Login to your computer's PlayStore or Amazon AppStore.

Notifications!!!!! It would be perfect if my phone would chime as soon as a new work order was submitted! Please? Customizable notifications for other people’s uses would be helpful as well. New notes, messages, conversations, new work orders, closed work orders, and any other updates, all of which we could turn on or off in the app depending on needs.
As a maintenance manager, this would give me an edge in customer service in quicker response to tenants needs.

This app has the potential to be a great tool but needs to be more user friendly. More functionalities of the actual desktop version. Need to improve work order editing. Conversation character space. Ledgers are hard to follow in this format.
I basically use it to look up contacts in individual portfolios.
If it could better mimic the actual desktop version I would use it everyday. Doesn’t update automatically nor does it house all vital info needed to answer owner questions on the spot.

Unfortunate & Disappointed

I really needed this app to be better than it is, tons of bug issues that need addressing. Until all the issues get worked out, I’d pass on this app, and I’d think real hard before committing to purchasing services with the website as well.
Jury is still out, I’ll be waiting....

Not user friendly

You need to take some tips from Buildium’. This software is not user friendly and can’t create a work order on the app!?!?
