Install FTP Sprite app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "FTP Sprite"
The search will reveal the FTP Sprite app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once FTP Sprite is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including FTP Sprite.

This app is wonderfull, exactly what I was looking for. I can copy and past to and from any flashdrive and/or Harddrive! Perfect to copy pictures on flashdrives for friends and family! I use this app with a portable router with USB suport and run an the app server from the router. I plug the router in, and connect the flash to the router, 2 mins later it works and files can be copied. Thanks for this great Client!!

I accessed an the app site and noticed it was taking much longer to navigate from folder to folder than it should. After transferring NO files, just navigating, I got a text from AT&T warning me that my data usage had exceeded 3gigs for the cycle which I've never done before. It appears that this app has to "read through" all files in the folders and this counts against your usage even if you don't transfer anything.

Able to connect and transfer files efficiently. Would be even better if sent the mdtm command to set the date when uploading.
