    I really love having the choice of which section of my body I want to work out each day. I love that each one is only the app minutes long and that they change exercises up on alternate days. I couldn’t give it the app stars since I’ve tried over and over to upgrade and the app just won’t let me. But I still love it and it’s not costing me a penny and I still get my little workouts. As someone who doesn’t have the time or desire to go to the gym, this is perfect.

    I am so glad I found an app like this! I have been wondering for the past year how I would be able to get stronger, and this app really lets me do that by starting of slow and advancing. It is also a low pressure app so you only need to do as many reps or seconds as you can do, it doesn’t force you to do an exact amount, which is awesome! Thank you

    This app is easy to use. I like that it has different options depending on where a person wants to focus their workout, that it has a timer for each duration, and that each session is only the app min. I wish there were more options on the free version. That's my reasoning for the for stars instead of five.
  • Workout without a trainer

    I moved to rural Montana and left behind my personal trainer. I needed something to help keep me on track and this app does it. The ability to either follow one workout, expand same workout into multiple reps, or mix it up with different target area keeps me motivated.
