:( This verification, security system needs help. I love the app, perfect for keeping in touch with friends from other countries if you are studying abraod or something. I have all of my conversations and contacts from different countries on my account. When something happened to my phone and I was and am still unable to use it, the app won’t let me access any of my contact or chat information. If I want to use it on another device I need to verify it on that broken phone :(. It would be nice if when we verify through facebook we could keep all of our contacts and conversations, that information is the only reason I have this app and I don’t want all of my information to be deleted if I log in to the app on another device. The security system is really ridiculous, if you can verify through facebook you should really be able to keep your contacts you have gathered over the years and chats. :(
Can’t share contacts

I love using the mac version of this app more than using it on my iphone. this app on my iphone works very slow and crashes sometimes. However, these never happens on mac version. The only problem I have is I couldn’t share contacts using mac version, I could only do it using my iPhone. That is quite annoying. Also, I hope the developer could add the “theme” on the mac version. I use the Cony as my theme and it looks cute and beautiful on my phone. I hope one day mac version got the theme too.
Poor OS X App; Great iOS App

this app was a great way to contact and call my overseas friends up until a month ago, when the video call function no longer worked on my MacBook Pro. My friends tell me that the call comes through but fails to connect; and the entire app crashes when the call does connect. It’s not just the video call; the voice call also fails and crashes the app. There are no solutions or updates available. Contacting this app Support does not seem possible. And now the app has begun crashing on its own accord without any instigation. On the flip side, I recommend this app as a phone app. I still contact and call my friends via the iOS version and have a great time. If you must use this app with an Apple product, iOS is the way to go…for now.
Chat Not Syncing With Mobile App

I don’t use the desktop version of this app all that often (mobile primarily) but when I opened the desktop version this evening, my chat history only partially synced. I’ve got some chats that are synced through today, some that are only synced up to a month ago and other chats are only synced to December (it’s now August). I’ve never been a huge fan of this app for various reasons, but it’s the chat app of choice for many of the people I’m in contact with, so I use it out of necessity. But right now I”m missing months worth of chat history on the desktop. Since their “support” doesn’t seem to exist, maybe a crap review will get their attention.
