The Grapplearts Submissions app is designed to provide step-by-step instructions for the highest percentage submissions in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Submission Grappling. The app is revised, updated, and expanded, and it is available on iPhone, iPod Touch, and iPad. The app is self-contained, and once downloaded, an internet connection is not required to view the step-by-step techniques or the detail videos. The app is created by Stephan Kesting, a Brazilian jiu-jitsu blackbelt, an instructor in Combat Submission Grappling, and has over 30 years of experience in the martial arts.

Install Submissions app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:

Using Submissions on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Submissions"
The search will reveal the Submissions app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Submissions is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Submissions.
Now enjoy Submissions on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use Submissions,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Submissions" » then Click "Install".
- Submissions will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

I use this app practically every day. It's easy to understand, to the point, and simple to use. The lack of a favorites feature is its only problem that I've found that could easily be fixed. Other than that, it's great. An update with other this app here and there would be cool too.
No sound No audio

Can’t hear them talking and I deleted the app and reinstalled. What a shame. Nor is there any email available for support. Waist of my money

I have all of Stephan Kesting's apps, videos and some other products as well. I am NEVER disappointed. His style of instruction is clear, concise, and very helpful. I had his older version of this app and it was great. This is better. The video works better on my iPad, which is increasingly where I like to watch my videos and apps with videos. Also, there are seven new techniques added. The video quality is better than it was previously also. All in all, I love his products, and when I did have a problem with one of his products (not his apps) he quickly answered me personally by email, fixed the problem and was his usual courteous self. I am a loyal fan of all Kesting's endeavors because of his quality and excellent customer service. You can find other products that are just as good, you just can't find any better.
