In my opinion, this is the best meditation app. It includes a huge library of different meditations, both guided and music-only, for all kinds of needs. It is extremely organized with a section on teaching proper breathing, a library of different meditations, a personal playlist, and more. The library section is also very organized and allows favorites so they are easier to find. The sound quality is absolutely amazing, and you’ll find this even more when using headsets. I have an iPhone and the sound is in stereo mode (not mono) which allows for targeted guidance, suggestions, and hypnosis. The author’s voice is also very soothing. I have downloaded several of the meditations in this app - which conveniently stay within the library of this app. They are all top quality and have helped me in numerous ways. I look forward to my meditations every morning and evening. ❤️
Effective, cleansing, best meditation app I have ever seen!

I am really surprised there are only 17 reviews. This program is phenomenal. I was able to heal deep fears, and childhood trauma, in a naturals, safe and effective way. Though I have been attuning my spiritual and on an inward journey to create change, it does not negate how effectively these meditations shift your focus. Not only that, but hold you in that state of conscious to receive new information, and begin to reprogram your emotions and shift old programs. I highly recommend, and if you have read this, I urge you as it is a sign to have hope restored if only to know this could be the tool that gives you the necessary edge in spiritual and emotional mastery.
So powerful, absolutely love!

I've been listening to Glenn's meditations for years and they are just as much, if not more powerful and incredible as when I first started. I hope he continues to churn out these meditations, I've had powerful shifts and releases listening to them - don't just listen once, they're more powerful the more you listen, it's as if your frequency calibrates to those of the meditations and it doesn't necessarily happen just from one session (though I've had very powerful single sessions with these)! Thank you Glenn, you have a true gift and I absolutely love these meditations!

I wasn’t sure about this app when I got it but I did find some really good meditations on here. I do wish the prices were cheaper because there are so many I want to try. I’ve really enjoyed the ones I have purchased so far. The music ones are great!
