Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Scout Camera"
The search will reveal the Scout Camera app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Scout Camera is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Scout Camera.
Now enjoy Scout Camera on PC.

For Windows 11, check if there's a native Scout Camera Windows app here » ». If none, follow the steps below:

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use Scout Camera,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Scout Camera" » then Click "Install".
- Scout Camera will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

I purchased this app based on the developers other app, "PAPERLESS", which is the app I use numerous times during the day-my all time favorite app. This is a developer is truly intuitive. I know I will love this camera app, and I will, indeed, update this review as I continue to use it.

Device info: iPhone 4S 64gb, OS 6.1, AT&T, latest app update to date: The app is very clean and easy to use. It has a very simplistic design that doesn't clutter your attempt to take photos. It has not crashed my device even one single time (& if it's gonna crash on anyone's, it should be mine, considering how little MG I have left!). As much as I love simplistic apps, I do wish it had a text feature & maybe some borders? I love the ability to add text to my photos!! I have some good apps that do this, but, as noted above, have limited space anymore & would live to find one that I LOVE & that does everything I want so as to delete the others.
