Install CineScout app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using CineScout on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "CineScout"
The search will reveal the CineScout app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once CineScout is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including CineScout.
Now enjoy CineScout on PC.

Doesn’t work

Since the new update it no longer works.
Great app but needs custom aspect ratio.

Love the app simple and straightforward but I need custom aspect ratio frame lines. Also, saving the videos take forever and it feels like the app is crashing while saving.
Been Waiting For This

First time reviewer here. I recently downloaded this app and really dug the simplicity of use. I’m an independent filmmaker so that means I pretty much have to do everything for my productions. Just being able to pick up my phone when I find a location and snap a few photos makes pre-production a breeze for me. The company that makes the app is amazing. I asked for them to add more Sony Cameras into their presets and within a week, they added them and sent me a message to inform me. I’m incredibly thankful for this app. Give it a shot!
Has potential but has a long way to get there

First off, I bought this because I thought Artemis was a little too pricey and I really hoped for the best. I own a Red scarlet W and although the app has the red scarlet W as a preset - it does not accurately represent the sensor size or focal length with regards to Lens selection. Your screen at 2k looks the exact same way as your screen on 4K (which of course is never the same ) Secondly , only a few selected lenses are on the preset- perhaps the developer intends to update this. Anyways , it wasn’t what I hoped for after field testing and I will say- unless this is updated , stay away from it.
