To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use Audio Xciter,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Audio Xciter" » then Click "Install".
- Audio Xciter - DSP Enhanced Music Player will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Great App...a necessary one for hearing loss

This makes even 30 year old analog songs sound brand new. It really cleans up the sound and adds power; especially great if you have found yourself cranking your ipod all the way up to hear it in certain situations. The sound is full and rich to the point where you wondered what you were hearing before all this. I would, however, recommend not upgrading. It doesn't change the sound enough to warrant the upgrade; the 99 cent version is priced right. The addition you get on an upgrade is minimal: there are some ways to slightly change the sound, but barely.

This app has the best sound of any out there. I've tried them all. It blows the rest away by far, however it's sorely lacking an update... for three years now. Not fair for those of us who've paid and would love to continue to enjoy this irreplaceable app. The problems it has will only be getting worse, not to mention the improvements that could be made in the 1st place. The only thing the app does right is what it's main function is - Make music sound the best it can be.

Like many others I like the sound enhancements the app makes. It does appear that the developer has not updated the app since 2013, about 4 years now!! Seems like an indication this app has been abandoned or developer has no plan to fix the bugs (e.g. Crashing frequently, and yes in both paid versions). Also what is the difference between silver and studio?

Exactly what I was looking for. This is definitely worth it. The sound clarity is there. Medium setting is just perfect. Would like to see the App updated so the artwork comes on for all the correct song titles along with the artist instead of a song playing with the artwork locked in from the first song played and never changes. The song playing shows when it changes, but the artwork still shows from the first song played. Odd.
