Needs to be updated so it will work as described

I think that this application has great potential to be one of the most useful apps available. However, it doesn't currently work as it's described above. I cannot get the pop-up translation window to work. Using the drop menu doesnt do anything, either. I emailed the developer/contact and explained my difficulty and was given a web address to visit for help. The address took me to a completely unrelated topic forum and was completely unhelpful. The developer/contact also wrote that I need to have a web browser open when using the app. But this was unhelpful, too. At best, this app allows one to select, highlight, and copy text. Then you can paste text into the Google translater on your web browser. But this begs the question: why do i need this app? I can copy and paste using any OCR app or even simply using the Acrobat itself. I am leaving two stars due to complete lack of function vis-a-vis the creator's above description. I promise to update this low grade AFTER the program is fixed AND after I am able to verify that it functions as described. I'm hopeful, and I think that this app has potential to be on every computer desktop. Jeff

This app DOES NOT translate or speak PDFs! The translate window opens up and you can type to translate, but apple already has that built in.
