Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Translate Voice"
The search will reveal the Translate Voice : translator app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Translate Voice is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Translate Voice.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use Translate Voice,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Translate Voice" » then Click "Install".
- Translate Voice : translator will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Wonderful App

I have never had a problem being understood. An app like this is all you need to make yourself understood. If it is at all limited to how many words it will accept I have not encountered it. Most communication using an app should be limited , after all what would be the incentive to learn another language. Communication isn’t always about the spoken or written word!

This app works great if I am only texting 9 words or less. I purchased the pro version because I travel to other countries and mainly need it to be able to text, and this app says that you can the app within the messenger and send which it does but only for 9 words or less. Will gladly change my rating once this is corrected.
This is a terrific app. I use it to create signage/postings
