App is great when it opens

I love the app but for some reason it gets stalled out. It sometimes does not open and will not let me take it off the dock. Please fix . Otherwise I would have given it a 5 star rating.

Hey, I don't take time to write reviews but this is a joke. It simply does not work. And it's not rocket science, I downloaded the app, open it and paste the URL in the box. It saves the document but is an error documnt everytime (says "Badly Formed Request.pdf"). Take a look at the this app support (top right of main app page). The support looks unprofessional and I have not yet discovered how to get my money back. Don't do what I did… I thought, I'll download it in spite of the concerning reivews and figure it out. There's nothing to figure out - it does not work.
