Cancel Auto-payment button not working

So for some reason this app decided to add a ‘cancel Auto-payment’ button that does not work and upon calling them they said that auto-payment activation is OBLIGATORY!! Since when?! I had this line for 3 years and no body ever asked for a mandatory auto payment! I only added the credit card 2 weeks ago and now I cannot undo it they keep deducting money without me reviewing any bills first!! This is extremely inconvenient and not respecting the customer as it was never clarified that this process is irreversible. Let alone that you actually have a button to cancel auto payment which does not work!!! Why bother keeping that button there then?!

I closed my account in July and this app never reimbursed the deposit. Two months later, I opened a new account and was told my previous deposit will be used as the deposit for the new account. One month later, my service gets caught off. this app claims I failed to pay the 150 aed. Well, what about the 150 aed you have withheld from me? When the company kept the 150 aed for an account that was closed for more than 2 months- it was okay. When they failed to transfer the deposit to the new account, they punish the loyal customer by cutting their service and demanding they pay another 150 aed. Shame on you
Worst Application Ever!!!

I was so excited when I first downloaded this App. Then for several times it’s not working and when it does it’s even worse. It happened to me 4 TIMES, that I used the application’s recharge option and the money was deducted from my bank account and I’ll get a message from this app and from the bank that the transaction was successful but I receive NO credit, and whenever I complain—> they will be like we never received it. I have never seen such a bad service before , and I do recommend not to download it and if u did as in my case please delete it as I’m going to do right now.

You can select the amount you would like to pay view of your bill add credit card and make a payment all within five minutes and once the system is set up that all takes place in less than a minute brilliant sure beats visiting the branch getting a ticket and waiting in queue just to make a payment.
