Install iSnooker app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "iSnooker"
The search will reveal the iSnooker app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once iSnooker is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including iSnooker.
Now enjoy iSnooker on PC.

The screen is either reacting too slowly that you can't pick up the stick rotation control, and/or it's too sensitive that it keeps on dragging after you thought the right position was set but never stay right until you have run out of the stupid set time tells you it's over. But for those who don't read Chinese, the game is not in Japanese whatsoever.

I love the playing online. The English phrasing needs a little work though. It's free so I won't complain too much

I would give 5 stars but is there a way to change the language to English?
