Polycom RealPresence Mobile is a video app designed for business professionals who want to extend their enterprise video collaboration capabilities beyond the office and conference room to their mobile devices. The app provides premium quality audio, video, and content sharing, and cloud-based deployment gives users access to enterprise directories at the swipe of a finger. The app is easy to use and offers an intuitive, consistent user interface across mobile, desktop, and room-based systems.

Because some mobile network operators may prohibit or restrict the use of Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) functionality over their networks, such as the use of VoIP telephony over a cellular network, and may also impose additional fees, or other charges in connection with VoIP, POLYCOM recommends that you check the terms of your agreement with the operator prior to any use of the RealPresence Mobile.

- Works well for joining SIP/H.323 meetings
- Can register as a SIP softphone
- Latest release (3.11.1) is stable and previous problems have been fixed
- App must be open to notify user of incoming calls
- App only does a brief notification ding or banner, doesn't ring
- If app is open and user is staring at it, it will ring softly even with volume all the way up
- Only works on properly configured WiFi, cellular may not work depending on carrier and connection strength
- Glitchy or unable to work in secured networks
- Directory feature crashes the app on iPhone 11 Pro with iOS 13.3
