Love Dolphins
By USA Rat (Pcmac user)
My first MAC app review - and this is truly remarkable. The dev puts out a lite version, which is what I tested for a few minutes. Flawless, and that may be all that is need for some…For the price of the full app, it was a no-brainer, Very cool, very user-friendly with the preferences, and amazingly fluid motion wallpaper. I am a recent convert to the MAC experience from Windows - have been an IOS guy for awhile, so teaching myself Lion OS X from never having a MAC before is quite interesting. Having a MAC App store to make things easy to find is just what I needed. the app - my 12th MAC app so far - is the first app I am reviewing - 5 star.
The sounds, movements and even music (although I usually have this off) is tranquil. I went to the devs website and see many Windows PC wallpaper/screensaver options, so let's get them over to OS…

Close to realistic
By firelasse (Pcmac user)
Beautiful app for my mom. She loved it. Looks like a real dive scene I have experienced for myself. Some may say its dull but its like diving on a slightly overcast day or a deeper dive. I like the close to reality look and its is more calming than a really bright day dive that would continually glare at you from your computer. Everyone else is always striving for the bright blinding Vivid HD effect when sometimes life just is not like that nor needed to be a bit more calm. Nice work.

Just OK, deleted after paying
By SharonandMike (Pcmac user)
Well, I guess I was expecting more. The colors are dull, the the app are dull and to me it just did't have any wow factor. Even though I paid for it, I decided it wasn't worth taking up space on my new Retina display MacBook Pro. I was looking for something that would show off the display and this definitely wasn't it. I'm being careful on what I put on this computer because I didn't go all out and buy the large capacity storage. I think if I had lots of space, I might have kept it for using once in a while, but it's just not what I was looking for.

Great annimation and detail but a little dark
By Torchwood Man (Pcmac user)
I've used this as a wallpaper and the animation is fantastic. The details in the sea floor are amazing.
I think this would be great as a dynamic wallpaper where it changes the amount of light shinging down as time goes by.
I took off one star (would have only taking a ½ a star but I couldn't figure out how to do that) because the lighting was a little dark for the monitor and the water was a little mirky for my taste. Also, I'd like more depth of field, perhaps be able to adjust it or choose which body of water I'm diving in (Altantic, Key West, Carribean, South Pacific). It make a difference in the lighting and water movement when diving at say, 25 - 35 feet.
I also think adding manta rays, octopusses, etc via in-app purchase would help build a read undersea environment to dive in.
All in all an excellent app. A couple of options would make this an awsome app.
