Not a good customer service tool

This app would be awesome and very helpful if it worked! I cannot get this app to always open than if I does open I can't download hydorail it says there is some kind of error! I downloaded most of the book than had to delete app because it would not open! Not very pleased with this app! It needs major upgrading!

Stops loading

Invariably 58% of a catalog section will load and then stop. After that NOTHING any further will download unless you uninstall, reinstall and start over again just to have it seize up again.
Not being able to pull up relevant catalog sections pretty much makes this a useless app.
