GREAT Program to rename files

I have been an PC user for YEARS. Worked on them, built, repaired and upgraded them as well. I used to have a rename program for PC that I used a lot. I LOVE my Apple computers because I can run Windows on it for programs that I couldn’t find for my Apple computer. I used to have to copy my folders to my desktop that was shared with my Windows desktop so I can use certain programs with them. Not only was this process time consuming it was a pain to do each time. I recently decided to look for an Apple program to rename the app names. There were a LOT to choose from but I decided on this app. After using it for a bit I thought, this works GREAT!!! The only thing I can see so far is if they could change the preview window to allow the user to make the preview window larger…maybe by dragging the bottom corner and stretch it larger. Other than that, THANK YOU for saving me HOURS of renaming files one by one.
Works great for the scenario I have, which is mostly pictures and videos.

Use it for most of my needs and am very happy with it. Would definitely recommend. With the last update of OS X it stopped working, but support was very helpful to assist me in making it work again. Oddly, I had to completely reinstall the program from the app store. Great value for the the money!

This app is really bad. The user interface is stupid. The program is designed to change tons of files yet it’s incredibly difficult to even see the files loaded. It only allows so many files to be seen. And the whole ‘drag and drop’ thing is really gimmicky. Why not just open a Finder like interface? Also, I couldn’t figure out how to change folder names. When I loaded ‘Preferences’ and nothing came up I decided it was time to delete this app and ask for a refund.

I am able to rename all my iPhone photos as their date in the the app name! This is a life saver since iPhoto wont allow you to export your pictures with the date as the filename. This works wonder and works quickly! I will certainly tackle some disorganized music folders. Much thanks!
