What is Profit Bandit?

Profit Bandit is a mobile app that allows Amazon sellers to scan barcodes and determine the potential profit they can make by selling the item on Amazon. The app has a built-in profit calculator that provides accurate profit figures, including postage rates and FBA fees. The app has two modes, one that requires a Pro account and one that does not require one. The Pro mode has additional features such as Bluetooth scanner support, profit and sales rank alerts, and the ability to search CamelCamelCamel, eBay, Pricegrabber, and others directly from the app. The app supports Amazon US, CA, UK, ES, IT, FR, and DE.

Software Features and Description

1. •Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

2. •Your iTunes Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

3. Profit Bandit has a built-in profit calculator to provide the most accurate profit figure, including postage rates and FBA fees.

4. Don't pay $50/month for overpriced FBA scouting apps - Profit Bandit provides virtually identical functionality for a fraction of the price.

5. •You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal from your Account Settings after purchase.

6. •The payment will be charged to your iTunes Account when your purchase is confirmed.

7. •Any unused portion of the free scans will be forfeited if you purchase a subscription.

8. • Restriction alerts: gated items, condition restrictions, FBA restrictions, slow moving items.

9. Auto-renewal will be disabled, but the current subscription will not be refunded.

10. •When cancelling a subscription, your subscription will stay active until the end of the period.

11. Scan any barcode to find out how much profit you can make if you sell the item on Amazon.

Needs serious attention

Would be a good app if it didn't forceclose 3/4's of the time or if it would let you go back to the drop down list of offers to choose from when you initially scanned or typed in the search bar. It seems to be even worse since the most recent update. Deleting the app and then downloading it again fixes it for about the first 4 scans then back to where we were to begin with , $15 is to much to spend on an app that doesn't function properly like it should. If they fixed this app for real next time it would easily be one of my favorites,most helpful and probably be on the top of the list of APPs to have. Till then I dont recommend anybody pay $15 for it until you know for sure it's reliable & worthy of your hard earned money & functions to the best of it's capabilities. And as of the time of this writing, it's frustrating, disappointing & inconvenient everytime I attempt to use it. PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM FASTLY!! So it can live up to its potential JJ
Awesome Simple and Easy

This is just the awesome sweetness! I love this app, mainly, because the support is amazing. If you have issues you contact support directly through the app settings and they are available, and I have always received quick, friendly responses that aren’t fluff responses. Recently I had issues with the IOS 8 update and the app was not working the way it had before apple pushed out its new operating system updates. The support team contact responded, and they were well aware and ready to address the situation. So this app gets supported and like other apps, affected by updates, they are ready for the event. I also thing the feature I dig most about this app is its connection to camelcamelcamel and ebay. SIMPLY works, and it’s amazing. Keep it up SELLER ENGINE!!!
Was amazing

I got this a few weeks ago from people online saying it was the one to use for FBA. It was awesome and easy to she I thought. I used it quite a bit in different places with a few "network errors" which I thought were connection issues with where I was standing in the store. This week however it has completely not worked for two days, both when I went out sourcing. Not good when I have to drive and hour to do so and am not sure if it will work or not. When it does, it is amazing! When it doesn't, it crashes when scan is used, lots of. No recognized items and network errors. I hope it is fixed soon so it can go back to awesome!

Reserving judgment. I don't like the fact that individual sellers can't even open the app to try it (even after purchase), and I don't particularly care for the indifferent attitude of their customer service regarding the matter. With that said, this developer only charges a one-time fee of $15 for an invaluable seller tool while others charge nearly 3x as much per MONTH. There's something to be said for that level of integrity, right? I'll have to give them the benefit of the doubt for now, and will update my review accordingly through my increasing usage/familiarity with the app.
